Account Terms

1. You must have a minimum age of 13 years to use this service.
2. You must provide your full name, a valid email address and any other information necessary to meet the registration process.
3. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Portafolionline is not and shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising from a breach of this security obligation.
4. The user is responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs on your account.
5. You can not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not, according to the terms of use of the Service, violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to the laws of intellectual property protection).
6. Portafolionline may revoke service to any user for any reason at any time.

Payment and Refunds

1. The Service is billed in advance on an annual basis. No refunds or credits for partial months of service, or for months unused with an open account.
2. All rates include Value Added Tax (VAT) under Spanish law.

Termination and cancellation

1. The user is solely responsible for the cancellation of your subscription. The cancellation can be carried out through an email notification 30 days prior to the expiration date.
2. You can unsubscribe at any time, but will be responsible for the costs acquired to date of cancellation. After you cancel the subscription, there will be no more charges.
3. Portafolionline reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any account at any time without notice or refund. We reserve the right to remove any content associated with the accounts and eliminated

Modifications to the Service and Prices

1. Portafolionline reserves the right to modify or remove, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
2. Prices for the Services, including but not limited to charges for subscription plans are subjective to change and will be notified 30 days before modification by Portafolionline.
3. Portafolionline not be liable to you or any third party, about modifications, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

User content

1. The user holds the copyright to all original content added to the Service
2. Portafolionline may, but has no obligation to, remove content and accounts that have content that we determine in our sole discretion, unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or in any way objectionable or that violates any intellectual property the parties or this User Agreement

Prohibited Conduct

The following non-exhaustive list describes the illegal or harmful conducts that are prohibited on our Service. You agree not to:

1. Post or transmit any Content that:
   a. is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
   b. not entitled to pass any law or contract;

   d. potentially infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or proprietary rights of a third person or entity
2. defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others
3. modify, adapt or interfere with the Service or modify another website so as to falsely appear involved with the Service
4. post, host or transmit unsolicited email, or SMS messages considered "spam"
5. act in a manner that negatively affects the ability of others to use the Service

Your Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for its activities on our website, and during the use of the Service, including Content that may post or a third party on behalf or using its account.

The violation of any of these agreements will result in termination of your account. Although Portafolionline prohibits such conduct and content on the Service, you understand and agree that Portafolionline is not responsible for content posted on the Service and that the user can therefore be exposed to such materials. The user agrees to the use of the Service at your own risk.

1. THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS,
2. THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE,
3. THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE SUITABLE OR RELIABLE,
4. THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND
5. ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

LIMITED LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL PORTAFOLIONLINE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA)
